You might want to consider the Blizzard LT680. Total weight excluding undercarriage is 355 lbs. Not sure how much the undercarriage weighs, but on my 1100, it looks to be around 75 lbs. Blizzard also sells this plow for use on small Jeeps. The LT680 is 16 ga. blade, which is around 5/64". The cutting edge is 1/4" x 5" high. That probably explains the weight difference. Why do you want a 7 ga. blade?

to check it out. Our local Alcoa plant ordered two RTV 900's with these plows. The LT680 is 6'8", which is 80". It is full hydraulic up/down and left/right, all self-contained. You still have the use of the dump box. The 1100 handles this plow with standard front suspension, but if I had gotten a 900 I would have gotten the HD front struts, which Alcoa did. Can't say for sure if they had cabs on them. Mine cost around $3300-3400 additional. For the first time, I'm looking forward to snowfall.

There is a mention of these machines on a thread somewhere back a year or more. Search for Deerlope, Alcoa, Blizzard, KubotaTech. Most or all of these strings are associated with that thread.

I did the search myself and found that you were one of the major contributors to the thread back in August/September 2006. For others, the string KubotaTech should have been "Kubota Technician". But this is one of those threads.

Anyway, I ordered an RTV 1100 with the Blizzard (actually came with a LT720 (7'2"), like mmolnar. I haven't plowed with it yet, but the weight doesn't seem to cause any sag or handling problems. I drove it around the yard working the joystick as I drove. And when we dropped the plow, the front end hardly raised at all. I'm looking forward to useing it.
