MF 8740s Dyna VT "disconnects" from gearbox

So i´m having a issue with a 8740 that works fine for a while, and then can stops going forward when driven for an hour or so. Have been changing the hall sensor that measures the rpm ( I think) on the flywheel after the mechanic got fault codes from that. And also the throttle position sensor because it seems to work when using the joystick, however it stoped with the joystick now too.

Anyone else here that facing or have had the same issue?
