need help

I have a mahrinda 4110 just started mmaking a grinding-growling sound when the clutch is pressed in and tries to move when u put it in gear when u let the clutch out and start moving the grinding growling stops and seems to run fine anybody got any ideas? thanks

1st, welcome to the forum.

2nd, I'm not a mechanic.

3rd, sounds like the clutch needs adjusting. Does the grinding-growling sound like metal on metal? If so, I'm thinking the clutch might need replacing, hope not! Check the owners manual & see if it tells how to adjust the clutch, & start there.

Sounds like a throw out bearing needs replaced
