Hey, congrats on the new ride!
It's the first thing I do when I get a "new to me" machine. You'll basically be looking for an engine oil filter, a couple of fuel filters, the main hydraulic filter, and air filters. Your owner's manual is your best friend for everything you need.
For getting the parts, you can always go to the dealer, of course. But if you're looking to save a few bucks, aftermarket stuff is usually just as good for filters. I've had good luck with FridayParts. The fuel injection pump I bought there still works fine on my machine. They seem to have all those Kubota replacement filters and parts in one place. Unluckily, they don’t provide UTD fluid for your hydraulics and transmission.
Good luck with the service.
