power steering reservoir replacement

My P S reservoir leaked right from the start and another one was ordered. I did not have a chance to take it back in and now it is out of warranty but they still had my tank. I'll change it myself but was wondering if there was any precautions I need to take. Also talked to them about the dash crack and it will be self fix also.

Thanks; Bruce

Don't really know of nothing special, BUT ,Kubota workshop manual & other researces states to only go back with the KUBOTA P/S fluid, for it has certain properties in it made expecially for their systems ..... Just take your time, take note, you can do it..... After installing the new reservoir, be sure to work you steering wheel back and forth somewhat, to work all air out of the lines, add what-ever fluid needed. And after a couple of hours of working the machine, check it again, then you should be ready to go >>>>>>>> Keep us up to date on it ....... Might just want to step in the back of your Kubota dealership, and ask a mechanic is there anything special that you may need to know, I'm sure he will be willing to tell you >>>>>>>>.
