Pressure Gauge

Is there anywhere I can purchase a pressure gauge or testing system to fine tune the “transmission” on my RTV500, I just cannot seem to find the “sweet spot”? JH

I'm no tranny mechanic but you may be able to check with some local car parts stores. Around here, Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone loan tools to customers.

I thought the 500 used a totally different drivetrain.

you need 2 gauges and fittings to adapt to the ports on the transmission.and you need to know which ports they are as one is charge pressure and other is forward and other is reverse working pressure.the charge pressure really cant be changed,but the forward and reverse can be tweaked a little. i dont have the 500 manual,but if it is the same as the 900,shouldnt have any problems.i think....
