Collie? Or anyone else. Have you had any rust form on your roxor? I know that the jeep had issues on the floor and the tub.

I have a little - very light rust showing on my leaf springs but other than that, I have no rust on my Roxor. The axles, body frame is all black still.
My only regret is it being standard is hard to handle cows with. stopping and going and 1st is too fast for herding unless in 4wd. Of coarse that's because, we don't race our cattle but handle them calmly. Also whatever liner paint they used on the bed and cab floor board is tough as nails and no wear is showing yet. I bought it in April of 2019... Unknown hours because I used a battery pack to boost it off and it affected the indicator but not the gauges nor mph.

Thanks that's good news. I'm pretty sure that mahindra changed the ratio in the axles from 3.73 to 5.95 or maybe 5.73. That has made the 1st gear pretty slow i hear. I'll wager you could find someone with a newer roxor who wants to go fast and swap gears with them? Probably pretty easy

Collie, you could install a fluid drive coupling in the rear driveshaft. Then you could put in any gear and just mush around using the throttle.
Thanks Aurthuritis. I'm thinking that maybe next year or 2 , I may get one last new machine . But will just have to see. We're all getting old and there is less joy in working hard. Also, with this darn data center at the end of our road, I will need a street legal machine before too may years if I keep going.
New data center? That sucks (I think).

What are your thoughts on "Data Centers"
I'm in a rural area, there are several proposed "data centers" in the works (not near me) but in the rural parts of my county. People seem to be all up in arms to STOP THE DATA CENTERS and there are protests at the zoning meetings. Rather than 'stopping' data centers why not work to properly...
Thanks Zoom. I'll check this out tonight if I can. Yes, it really does suck... the rural life out of an area. Investors snuck in and bought out family farms and land before it was public knowledge , ( about 10 miles from here) and sold it for a huge profit . Talking 800 acres and now they want to double it. Lots of information that I don't know about stuff coming like a massive power plant - etc.

You need to research SMR reactors. And then since your close to the center of the wheel all of the other stuff that will pass over under and through your property. Get a good attorney that's up to date so you can at least structure the easements and right of ways and surface use agreements to your benefit.

Data centers have less to do with ai. Opinion is the usa wants to make the dollar digital and end cash coins etc. Think of the need to be able to instantly settle every dollar based transaction around the world 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year? Data centers are about processing not storage

I'm not sharing your thoughts. That's up to you buddy.
Just saying that other forum is a great (conservative) place to discuss most anything. It's not focused on politics or whatever. We talk about country living, machines, life in general. Just thought both of you would fit in nicely over there.

I've drowned to the point of unconsciousness when a child (and saw bright and white before being brought back.) I was almost squished by machinery later in life .among other close calls. So many miracles in my life in answer to prayers. Really cool things have happened that few would believe.. ( I study and research Biblical things and whats gonna happen and what leads to it. ) Anyway, I think the centers are much more than they appear but like Arthuritis, I'll only be here.
