Rain ?

I live in an area that has a lot of water and all we do with it is play in it mostly. Lakes and rivers are very abundant here. We do not irrigate because we get enough rainfall. We do how ever have a very short growing season. It has rain off & on for 2 weeks now and still more to come. It sometimes gets a little dry here but the roots just go deeper to get the water the plant needs.

I drove down in the dry pond to check it out. The pups had rather be indoors with the ac but the rtv won them over. That is an overflow pipe in the background. We intend to fence this pond and put rough texture concrete on a boat landing type area with water drinking access for the cows. This will keep the cows from" going for a dip".And therefore keeping the water cleaner. Don't get any ideas Tommy. This is for cattle drinking once the rains come , Haha............. Bordercollie

You might also notice the wire spinner I have in the receiver. It helps a lot with high ten wire .2650 ft are on a roll and it weighs 50 or so lbs. Bordercollie

yea but them ponds are so much funner to ride in!!! i just found another water pump the other day in the dump that makes two i havenow . i just have to wait for someone to throw away 50' of hose to make it down into thebayou my buddy said he can get a few hundered feet of old fire hose from the fire department so that would reach from the pumps to the pond that way we can still ride when it's dry.
