RTC X1100C - PTO removal

Hi,

Winter is over here (even if we got snow again last week :/) and I've the slowblower with the bumper + winch on my X1100C.

I was wondering how hard is it to remove all the PTO assembly underneath the RTV? I have to get in the woods to do some cleaning and extract lugs and the PTO assembly seems to remove a couple of inches of clearance. I would much prefer removing it during summer.

Thanks!

It appears that this drive shaft and cover are quite difficult to remove and even more difficult to remount as the shaft has to be aligned exactly or the vibration will destroy the u-joints. This is what i have found out so far as I very much would love to have the X1100C with snowblower and I've been researching this very question. I have learned, but not confirmed, that the front hydraulic unit comes off easily. This is important for me as I use the front receiver for a hitch to move boats. Kubota does not do a good job of describing all these questions about the K-Connect systems. I will enjoy hearing what other's experiences are with this system. Good luck
