RTV 900 rear screen

I have an RTV 900 with the Kubota rear protection screen. Has anyone done anything to keep that thing from rattling or vibrating so much? I was out plowing this morning and that thing was annoying.

Mine doesn't rattle.

When it's rattling, can you push on it at different points to determine the source of the rattle? Maybe it just needs some nuts tightened. Some rubber washers may help.
 
I was thinking about getting a handful of rubber washers and adding them to it. It seems to be more in the middle of the screen that is vibrating. Yes, if I push on it, it seems to stop.
 
I have a fire extinguisher hanging in the middle of my screen. I wonder if the weight of it is stopping any rattle.
 
I had same problem and used a few sticky-backed furniture felts (like what you put under chair legs). worked great.
 
I've got a sliding back glass.
Never had a problem with it ......

Ive never heard a rattle in mine in 8 years.Id make sure all bolts are tight.If they are tight maybe remove them all and place a rubber washer between the screen and rops?You can also climb in the bed and listen to each section to see uf you can tell where the rattle is coming from.May be a loose weld or just rattling on something.Rattles are one of the hardest things to narrow down
 
For me...the plexiglass I installed works just fine.........hardest part is taking it apart to clean it........God bless.....Dennis

I don't care who you are, that's funny right there... Mark's comment and Heatwave's reply.

It's like determining who loves you more, your spouse or your dog. The best way to figure it out is to lock both in the trunk and drive around for an hour. The answer is whomever is glad to see you when you pop open the trunk...
