rtv 900 stuck in reverse

hope someone can help me out. I am stuck in reverse.....moter starts but cannot shift out of reverse...

any help out there.

it could also be in your linkage. Is the machine in a bind? or can you rock it?

thanks for the info.....really helps me out. seems to be shifting arms in trans. are jammed. will pull cover off and see what I can do.
