Water in hydraulics for dump

No water in trans just dump. Level was just barely over top mark. 2007 rtv 1100 didn't have when I got machine 2 or so months ago. Drove yesterday in snow and rain any ideas.

Have you checked under the passenger seat to make sure the tanks fill cap is on and sealed?
 
Yep was on and sealed. I'm thinking possibly vent system? Vehicle had sat for 5 or 6 years only run a couple hours in that time.
