Wha' beez dis ........... ?

This particular logging arch appears to be a small one, as arches went back in the '40s and '50s. They were generally pulled by a bulldozer which was equipped with a rear winch. Hyster, Isaacson, and Carco were all popular arches in the PNW, and all were manufactured there IIRC. Most of the larger arches ran on tracks rather than wheels, for improved flotation.
