The 55-60 horse 2510 and 2520 was a small rowcrop style tractor that could have been equipped with optional mid pto. The 38hp 1020, 54hp 2020, 60hp 2030, 70 hp 2630, 45hp 1530, the 40hp 2040, 50 hp 2240, 60hp 2440, and 70 hp 2640 were all available with optional mid pto also. There was never a kit for field conversion on these, but it is possible to add on most models but would probably be prohibitively expensive to do. Also the 820 and 830 german built models could have had it. Maybe others also...
