X1100C Fan Belt

Are there two separate fan belts on the 1100C, one for the alternator-Fan and a separate one for the air conditioning compressor? Also, are there any tips as to adjusting this?

raise the bed and attach lock. open doors unpin and remove seats then remove the tool tray under seats. lift open the inspection cover. now you can access the adjustment jack bolt on either the fan belt or the air conditioner. also a good time to recheck the hose clamps on your cooling system and steering return line.

You Bet. glad to help where i can. if you are out of warranty it would be a good time to adjust the smoke screw also. if you need just a tiny bit more power.

Smoke Screw??

turns up the fuel. go to far and it will smoke.
