So a 424 running pto will run if you are not in the seat if the parking brake is set.Seems kinda odd ????

I'd take that as a bonus! If you have to hop off the tractor while brush hogging to pick up a log, you don't have to shut the whole thing down.
Also handy when running a post hole digger.

Ya kinda on a learning curve here as far as brush hoggig here it was heipful but if you stop pto it spins about 1o turns and locks up.Thus making my blades spin to the center causing mower to vipebrate making you to stop and spin to blades outward so every time you have to check.PAIN.

There may be a way to get around that problem if you're willing to get a little "creative".

This tractor will have a light i think iam going to build a stand alone electrical system new fuse box and my own switch set up. After i chop the roll cage 7ft 4inch my #ss

You're going to cut the ROPS off??? Not good by most standards. Remove it... OK if you have to, cut it off, no good.
