Had to drain hydro oil due to rear u joint replacement, oil in transmission yellowish in color, not alarmed until I drain reservoir this fluid clear just like new. Any ideas what is going on?

took off today took to shop the clutch for gear drive was toast due to water , armature and brush system ok no water there. They had to order part estimate is 75 to 100 yahoo thanks for the input nice to talk with others about problems and solutions.
