I think they ALL should have been equipped with a hand throttle like yours. WOT @ low ground speed is a necessity sometimes. Its my only gripe with the machine.
Can someone explain to me why a hand throttle for an X-series is almost $100 more than one for a non X-Series? Messicks lists X-Series hand throttle for $170 while non X is a mere $75. Is there that much of a drastic design change?
I used a KFI 120" Quick connect wiring connection that is hooked to solenoid/battery and routed to under driver seat compartment where i keep it rolled up. On the winch end, I went with KFI 18" Quick connect. Both ordered from Summit Racing. I think I paid $75 total for both wire/connections...
27x10x12 mud tires on an offset rim. No clearance issues or power loss here. You can adjust your front suspension to ride about 1.5" higher. Easy to do with pipe wrench. No aftermarket lifts available that I know of.
