For those of you who find the shift gate on your RTV a little tricky to get into reverse, here is my solution;
Because I plow snow, I opened up the shift gate to make reverse easier to get to. Not really sure why that piece of metal is even there, because you do have to stop to change gears and it's not like you could ever speed shift these babies.
Probably work on the RTV900 as well. but I don't have a picture of the gate.
Use a piece of a hacksaw blade and a bit of sandpaper to finish the rough edges.
