What makes you think you will need to make that adjustment? I've replaced hundreds of clutches in all manner of tractors. Only on the rarest occasion was there a question about pressure plate adjustment. Before rolling the two halves together I measure the distance from release levers to the tractor split point. Then measure the distance from the release bearing (fully retracted) to the tractor split point. If both measurements are within 1/8" and there's room for pedal adjustment both ways, it's good to go. Rarely has that method failed me.
