Year of RTV

The RTV year is also on the VIN plate. If your VIN is 16 characters, the 9th character is the year. If your VIN is 17 characters, the year is in the 10th position.

Right but I didn't know what the number or letter stood for what year.

I believe Kubuta follows the same VIN/Year values as the auto (and every other VIN based industry).
Looking at your link for the engines, it matches to the vehicle chart.

Here's a VIN/year chart. When letters are used, you need to remember the starting year for the alphabet use. Right now, 2010 starts A.
Letters I, O, U and Z are not used.
