I bought an rtv1100 that has a broken right front fender.
Wow! When I search for a replacement I got sticker shock.
I can't beleive what they charge for a piece of black plastic.

I was looking at the price of the bumper so I know what you mean. I needed to take my bumper off but the 4 bolts that held it inside the wheel well would only spin and not come out. I got the bumper off by leaving those bolts in place and took it off with the inner panels still on. After I had the bumper on the floor I took a air wrench and spun the bolts melting the plastic and pulling the brass nut out of the bumper right away. I ran a tap through each one before replacing the brass threads back in the bumper which I just heated up with a torch and pressed them back in place. A little anti-seize and it went together nice.

Drill small holes on both sides of the crack and stitch together with black zip ties

there are several 1100 being salvaged on ebay. i would find some of the sellers and ask if they have a good front fender.
