Ok I wont cut it down, I just ordered these weld on mounts that fit it so Im probably going to weld them to a piece of angle iron and bolt it on if possible.
I also think I am going to mount it under the hitch that way I can put a bit of a pole in it and put a pulley on top of it for the winch...
I would greatly appreciate that. The other thing I am kinda worried about is that the blade is to tall and might be a bit to heavy so I was thinking about lowering the top of it 2-3 inches but Im not sure yet, what do you all think of that idea?

Thanks for the advice and i did look the fuel filter was brand new on it when we bought it. The original owners (a cemetary) were having trouble starting it so they replaced the fuel filter but it was actualy just a bad battery.
