Been meaning to update this, Took it in to be serviced at the dealer and there was a short in the wiring harness they also replaced the battery terminal connections. $300 later it starts right away

Well my dealer actually had the part in stock, unfortunately that's the only good news. The bad news is it still doesn't start. Nothing happened as a matter of fact. Even tried jumping it. I really have no clue what else to do. I may just have to bite the bullet and bring it in for service.

So I tested the termnals at the "slow burn" fuses it and they are getting proper voltage. Im going to replace the key switch, mainly because Im not sure what else it could be, because everything seems to have power. I will report back with my findings. feel free to give any more suggestions.

No it is mounted on the small wall directly in front of the battery. It looks like this

So there is some kind of power distribution block on the drivers side mouted to the wall in front of the battery.The wire going into it tests good but the other 3 wires coming off have 0 volts. Is that normal? If not I cant find that part listed anywhere to buy it. Any help would be appreciated...

Ok so my 06 rtv 900 is having some weird power issues. When you turn the key sometimes the dash lights come on and sometimes they dont. Battery is brand new within a couple months and test at 12.7v. I get 12v at starter also. The timer relay was making a buzzing noise when I turned the key off...
