It was like new, the acceleration was fast and smooth. Low, medium, and high gear function as I expect. It has been 3 years and still runs good.

New top speed of 27mph on the gauge.

New Kubota filters. Not much more than wix filters.

It wasn't physically difficult, but it took some twisting. It's in a tight spot. It's as bad as some alignment pins. Side note it's not straight and level with the frame.

I think the piston was defective from the forge. The plates being wore are a side effect of the metal from the piston wearing away and then being dissolved in the oil. Not unlike cleaning metal filings from sand paper in the oil. The hst compartment holding the oil and cylinder blocks are not...

It's a hole in a part that has been worn by over 1mm.

I'm still thinking that the piston with the defect has a significant role.

I already had some experience with the zd21. I kinda knew what to expect. For someone with 0 experience, I'm not sure I would recommend trying it even with the WSM. WSM lacks lots of details for this task and is too detailed in other non-essential areas. The kit instructions are even worse...

Wheels off test. Never got that before. 25mph! I'm stoked, previous best was close to 15mph.
