I can tell you my 2023 RTX X1140 came from the dealer set at 3000 RPM max. When I added the turbo and got the injection pump tuned to my liking, I set max RPM to 3500. It can run 3500 RPM on 9 PSI of boost all day every day. I would say to keep max in the 3500 - 3600 RPM to be safe.

You could always do what we used to to quiet our generators for camping and make an add on exhaust muffler sysytem. Basically take a big car or truck muffler, connect it to the outlet of the original muffler with some pipe, and smash down the outlet of the add-on muffler down to an inch or so...
