Where does one adjust the pto brake? I wouldn't have tried it running, but with tractor off, I tried turning the pto shaft, lever both ways, and I couldn't turn it. I haven't tried it, with the clutch pushed in though.

I've recently semi restored my 4010 Diesel tractor. The motor needed overhauling, among other things. I also installed a new clutch assembly, and adjusted it with the John Deere Clutch gauge. My problem is, the PTO won't disengage. I've moved the engagement lever both ways, and it doesn't make...
