We are in the middle of a rebuild but this is a great peice of work equipment. we love ours. we use it for light farm use and the only trouble we have had is the serpintine belt fell off, we thought it was the battery... and it over heated. i would say worth it

there are three valves like the one in this picture. wasnt pushing down that hard.

pepr, no that was alittle water from presure washing. all looks good, except three valve springs have lost strength, and radiator. so we are gonna put new valve springs and piston rings in.

two guns, we guess temp gauge worked up untill it was to late. The whole time battery was having problems it stayed about in the middle, with minor variations. But he said in the end it was fine till about 5 minutes till it shut down, he said it went up to bout three quarters and then to zero...

Thank you. We are experienced in 4 stroke aluminum sport atv engine rebuilds but this is a little different. Much more heat in this. And the rvt is kind of like our baby.
