    New Tire ?

Because at that load speed produces heat, heat causes failure. Their capacities are based on unlimited time. They have to control the heat buildup to survive that load infinitely.

    New Tire ?

I spent a couple minutes trying to figure out your handle and finally gave up. Tennessee Dirt never, even for a second, crossed my feeble brain!!!! :)

    New Tire ?

Edit, just scraped off the rest of the mud,,,, kp is a metric measurement of air pressure. They don't mention weight capacity....

    New Tire ?

Just checked one of my OEM 350 Mag (adsw) tires and they are also labeled 170kp. You are correct in your conversion if kp stands for kilos. I've certainly overloaded them many times. Dazed and confused beside you. :)

    New Tire ?

Glad you checked. Hard to find ATV tires with any sizeable weight rating. The old school method of going by the tire's "ply rating" doesn't work anymore. And few tires in this category will have their weight capacity stamped on the sidewall.

    New Tire ?

As Brett mentioned, pay attention to weight capacity rating. I've not verified this but would expect the rears to be carrying 600lbs each when the RTV is empty and driverless.

Welcome to NTT. The list of mods varies with intended use. You've already done a lot to increase the offroad capability. Adding power is a bit harder and much more expensive. A Turbo is the most effective. At a glance, I think you'd most benefit from a canopy.

Well got to try my 10,000 pound winch out

Yep, been there. A good rule of thumb is twice the weight of the vehicle for winch pulling power. With this rule, under heavy use, you'll need snatch blocks to add pulling force. But normally, the snatch block is used to direct the pull so the winch isn't having to pull straight out the side...

Well got to try my 10,000 pound winch out

The snatch block is rarely used to increase pulling force. It's commonly used to change the direction of pull. Could have been used here to turn the RTV around and go back from where you came. I carry two in my buggy along with 3 clevis', 2 tree straps and a rigging rope. Sometimes takes a...

Well got to try my 10,000 pound winch out

Sorry for your situation, but good report!!! Can you explain what you were doing and your general location? And how you rigged the winch to get yourself out? Winch accesories such as tree straps, snatch blocks, clevis' and rigging ropes sure come in handy sometimes!!

I agree. I also agree with POTUS suggestion that fans should display their displeasure with their spending, or lack of it. I guess those displaying this disrespect are lucky they don't work for the Dallas Cowboys. :)

    Hand Throttle

Not having ran a new RTV I can't speak for them. Ony RTV gear speed selection is a mechanical function that cannot be changed while machine is in motion. If your machine is similar, then what you are feeling isn't a gear change. Might be an adjustment problem with the trans pressure valves...

    RTV Side Mirrors are important

I didn't have these problems til I turned 60. Then noticed a slowly progressing change in attentiveness. The alternative sucks though so not complaining. :)
