Yes. Measure the charge pressure. The higher it is, the more 'positive' the tranny will be. If you have it up around 120psi it will really pull the engine down on hills.

To make the transmission more 'positive' on hills you need to turn the charge pressure up. Remove the tamper-proof cap at the bottom, right side of the tranny and turn the allen screw in a turn or 2 until it is at the desired positivity.

Figured it out.....inlet pipe to the hydrostat below the filters wasn't sealing properly. Was sucking air it when it was running.

I've swapped relays as well and the fan still runs.

I replaced the temp sensor and the fan still runs all the time. Any other suggestions?

New to me RTV 500. The little cooling fan under the seat runs constantly. Pretty annoying. I tried switching relays to no avail. Any problem with just pulling the fuse? The radiator fan will still work...temp gauge only ever gets a needle width off the bottom anyway.

I've got a little old B6100e Both differential shafts broke at the brake drum so I'm after the pair of them. Kubota up here wants $1000 for them which is more than the tractor is worth, so wondering if anyone has a set they'd like to sell? Same as on the B7100.

I think I worked it too hard while it was trying to regen, leading to overheating the dpf, causing a shutdown until things cooled off.

When the regen light is on it means that it's trying to burn the carbon out of the particulate filter. If it fails to do this the machine eventually won't start.

After it cooled down for awhile it did restart. The regen light was on solid, so I left it at full throttle for 30min or so and it completed the cycle. I'm wondering that because I was working it pretty hard mowing while it was regening that it overheated the dpf and shut down?

It appears so. Says to install new gasket, torque down, measure with soldier, remove head and add or remove shim if necessary, torque down again, run engine for 30min, then torque again.

Manual says to insert in through and injector hole.. It should measure 0.028-0.035". If not within measurement remove cylinder head and add correct shim. Install cylinder head and torque bolts Retorque after engine has been run 30min

It didn't have any shims. Manual says if there aren't any, put it back together without one.

I have the service manual for it and it says to torque it down, measure the distance between the piston and head with a piece of soldier, then add or remove a shim if required and retorque the head. Warm it up for 30 min, then retorque again.....
