This is normal for that series of rtv. There's a small retard device attached to the hst cable that has given up the ghost. Research and get yourself a coast valve for your model.

Try this. Take out the plugs and squirt some gasoline into the cylinder and crank with the plugs out. Do this a few times to clean the oil out of the rings and then reinstall the plugs and try to start? If it runs but smokes horrible and doesn't clean up your rings are shot most likely?

Thats why i asked for you to disable the injection and test on either. If it runs on either then your problem is just fuel mixture. If it doesn't then you may have an ecm problem that could be fuel or timming. Try the either trick.
