help!!! oil leaking from the steering wheel. removed the wheel, sleeve, sleeve locking nut, snap ring, shaft seal, and 3 mounting bolts, but the cover wont lift off??????? it rotates, moves about .06, and hard stops?????? should I build a puller plate using the 3 flange bolts????? need to stop...

Managed to tap into the tractor hydralics without wrecking anything....... now thats behind me, the sky's the limit....... wish the tractor was a little bigger, but for now it sure is allot of fun!
