Looks good, you might want to put the idler shive on the slack side of the belt insted of the load side..... its bearing will last a lot longer........Later Jerry

Carbide tipped?

Did you purchase the cutting disk/blade? Is it made for tree grinding, or did you adapt it from some other usage? And...what has been done to keep some sharpness in the event of a rock, wire etc. embedded in the stump?
