New to the forum with a new machine oil leak.

See if there is any fluid around the "candy cane" shaped transmission vent. I do long on-road journeys with some long hills. I've occasionally found oil in this area.

    200 Hour Service

Fortunately the brakes rarely need to be used, especially in low, as they are the most inferior brakes on the UTV market. It takes lots of effort to apply them. (2019 X1100c) Borrow another brand of machine and you'll eat the steering wheel. 🤣

    Fuel Pump???

FYI, I just bought an Amazon fuel pump. It showed up with the connector that plugs right into the open connector on my 2019 x1100c. Others have stated they had to switch the wires in pump's connector, so I did. IT WAS NOT NECESSARY on mine, had to switch them back.🤦‍♂️🤣 I haven't installed it...

Why UDT2 in the hydraulic (only) system

I've wondered the same thing myself. I look forward to seeing answers from the knowledgeable folks on here.

Could this blade work on an Rtv?

Just need a mount, but I suspect the plow isn't wide enough. What is the width? 66" seems to be the minimum required for RTVs. Mine is 72", and I would prefer larger.

What Brand of Diesel Treatment Do You Use?

I use the Power Service white bottle. It is available at multiple locations near me. Removes water, prevents jelling and boosts cetane.

Strait pipe the Exhaust & Build a Cold Air Intake X1100C

The dump bed clears it fine. No, it doesn't blow soot on the tailgate. However, it does make a mess of my 3pt hitch. 🤷‍♂️ I do have my fuel turned up just a touch, stock wouldn't be as bad.

    Black smoke on startup

My 2019 x1100c does and has since new.

Strait pipe the Exhaust & Build a Cold Air Intake X1100C

It's obviously louder behind the machine, but I don't think it is inside the cab. The engine fan is still the primary sound I notice. If/when I add a turbo, that will reduce the decibel level some.

Strait pipe the Exhaust & Build a Cold Air Intake X1100C

My bed is full of stuff so I didn't take a picture underneath. I simply cut the pipe where it was straight. I bought the muffler at TSC. They had a clamp the right size too.

Strait pipe the Exhaust & Build a Cold Air Intake X1100C

I can get pics tomorrow if you want. I was going to attach it to the rear mount, but it's very light and doesn't vibrate at all. I'm not worried that it will crack the pipe or manifold.

Strait pipe the Exhaust & Build a Cold Air Intake X1100C

My spark arrestor clean out bolt wouldn't come out either. (Less than 200 hours). I cut off the factory muffler and replaced it a muffler for a Farmall A. It's a glorified glasspack. Looks good, a little louder but no noticeable increase in performance. It is MUCH lighter though.

Road Dust Infiltrating Cab 2020 X1100C Kubota

I have the same issue. I don't think it's coming from the door weatherstripping. Open your door, look down on the side panel of the seat pedestal. See the mesh vent? That's your culprit. 👍

    What are these for?

This is a pic I took of my newly installed toolbox. It's for a late 90s S10 or Ranger stepside.🤣 But, you can see my repurposed window screen. It is a cut down section of a futon frame. I AM CHEAP.👍

    Hand throttle on RTV-X vehicles

"Mainly forward transport vehicle" I understand your point BUT mowers are primarily used forward. As you mentioned, Hydros hold up to loader work, I don't see how an RTV (plowing snow for instance) would be more severe. And Polarass and Bobcat have managed.

I need an RTV-X100C chainsaw tool box

I just added this toolbox to mine today. It is for a 90s S10 or Ranger with a step side bed. I've had it kicking around for 15 years, including a move.
