1140 Wiring diagrams

Hey guys I am trying to add some work lights to my 1140 and I am not sure were to get the power from. It should already be wired for adding work light and hazard lights but I can't find the wires or a diagram that will tell me where they are. I do know the fuses are there for it I just can't find the connection points after the wires leave the fuse box. I did find one under the hood but I am not positive that it is what I am looking for.

I am also about to turn over 50 hours and was going to start greasing the the machine as recommended by the O&M. has anyone used the B'Laster White Lithium Spray Grease or have a better recommendation?

Thanks for all the post on this site. It is really a great resource for getting info. I don't know how people survived with out the internet. For those of you that are interested this the link to the where I get to enjoy/PLay with my Kubotas- www.elmhillhuntclub.shutterfly.com

Best regards and happy holidays,

If it's like the 900's the wire under the hood wrapped to the main harness with blue tape on the passenger side is for a winch hookup.
Under the dash is where I would look because the factory probably puts the switches near or below the shifter. Wire ends are usually wrapped to the harness with blue tape. One for the two front lights another for the one rear.
On my RTV1100 it's y/r for the front two and y/g for the rear and I thought on my RTV900 the rear one was near the fuse panel by the hydraulic control valve.
Either way try looking for these colors y/r y/g (yellow/red/green) and with luck you will have power with the key on.
Just found my 900 wire diagram and it's r/y for wire colors. So unless you have a manual or someone chimes in, it could be either.
Kubota must not use a standard wire code.
I bought the kits from Kubota for the 1100 and it was plug and play.
On my 900 I had run my own wires fused right from the battery and placed the switches by the dump box lever.

The manual doesn't address the installation of any of the accessories and I have looked under the dash but haven't seen anything. I will have to look a little harder. I am figuring the ones under the hood are for the winch(6 or 8 pin connector). I hope to be working on it this weekend, so hopefully i can find the pre-wired stuff so I don't have to waste too much time. If I have time i am going to swing by the dealer on my way to the farm. Looking for the colored tap should help me as well.

thanks for the help!

Yes I know exactly what you mean. The only way you get to see the wiring for accessories is in the instructions that come with their kits.
That is why I went with my own and put the two red switches by the emergency break handle.
The other plug and wire by the orange differential lock button is the winch control. Which is laying on the seat. I don't install the dash button because too many people play with buttons and wind up the winch too tight. The control is stored under the seat and only plugged in and used as required.
