This is for a Mahindra but I can't confirm it's for a 5010.
It looks like a dipstick is built into the oil fill cap.
The 2 dark lines at the bottom of the plug may indicate your high and low fill levels.
Pretty sure mine is original fill cap - no dipstick... I stuck a phillips in the hole after adding about 5 quarts oil. Level was about 1/2" on tip of Phillips. Seems adequate but would like to be sure...
