I saw an ad in a small farmer magazine a couple months ago for a hydraulic 3-point hitch for my RTV 900. Being a "hobby farmer", I didn't want to buy a new tractor after my faithful John Deere 1250 finally died on me. I had the RTV already so I figured I might as well give it a shot - and I have definitely not been disappointed.
Besides being easier to get into and out of than a tractor (a definite plus considering my arthritis) using an RTV instead of a tractor is much more cost effective. I saved thousands just by buying this one add-on. After using it for more than a month, I have yet to notice any problems with either the hitch or the RTV. The torque of the RTV is unbelievable. It has been able to do anything I've asked of it.
The hitch is called the Farmboy and its made by UTV Hitchworks. I encourage anyone who wants to make the most out of their RTV to look at it!
