Contemplating upgrade to new RTV 900

Have about a 10-12 yr old RTV 900. Has been very solid. No major issues at all. Contemplating upgrading to new one. I have pretty much babied my old girl, but about time to do an equipment upgrade at business. Wondering about this. Will I miss the 3 speed transmission? Is the IRS giving any issues? Any reason you wouldn't advise it? Have all the u-joint issues been eliminated?? What would be the "have to have" factory upgrades/accessories?? Especially since you'll be spending my money!!!

I'm guessing the new RTV900's have the same setup as the newer RTVx1100c. If so I love the new shifting setup. H does the work that M and H used to do in my 06 and 09 RTV's. L goes up to 13 mph which is faster than L on my 900's went. Absolutely love it, and I just have a 2015 model. It might even be more improved in the 2020 and 2021 models.
 
I dono doc,but if i was buying new i get all the accessories on it i could get, turn and work lights,stuff like that,if you wait till later will cost a lot more
