The rain in SE Ohio has stopped for a few days, and the temps are finally above 70. Nice. So I hopped on the Kubota Grand L 3010 and got busy doing a bit of way overdue bush hogging.

All went well for the first area. But the second area was to wet and sloppy to finish. I got stuck a couple times. The first time I was in a very bad way. Going forward was going into big brush and tree and mini creek. No way out. Backing up both wheels on the left side filled with mud. I'd go foward, turn the wheel and try another angle, no joy. Finally, out of desperation, I tried my diff lock for the first time ever. I've owned this tractor since 2002 but never had to use the diff lock. Diff lock saved my butt and got me out of there. Woo Hoo.

Second time the tires filled with mud I was able to change angle and go forward up the hill to get out of that situation. Then I headed to the barn. Didn't dare push my luck any further.
