I've been looking at the ck2620 and having trouble between picking the hydro or manual, I wanted to hear from people who use them everyday vs videos I find on you tube. Things I will be doing with it, dragging logs, brush hog work trails and small deer feeder plot, some loader work as needed snow removal in winter just drive way, grading stone drive way, till about 2 acres. Im new to tractors, but not clutches, I drive semi and have a manual car, I know not quite the same. I appreciate all the input you give me on making this decision.

IMHO, geared tractors are more reliable. Not as fast at moving product as a hydro but they last forever. Hydro, not so much. If speed is important and you only want to keep it for the next 10 years, go hydro. If you want the tractor for 20+ years, I'd go with manual.
I have a 2002 Grand L Kubota 3010 Hydro. I love it. I have owned smaller geared tractors and after owning this hydro I will always go for the hydro. My tractor work is much the same as yours. My 23 year old tractor has never had an issue with the hydro tranny. Works great and saves my hip from always pushing in and letting out the clutch.
