I purchased one of these^^^^ I used it in my doors and in the door frame of my X1100c. all you have to do is run this wand up through the drain holes in the doors and the frame . worked great for me.

Hadn't see that before. I normally just use the skinny red plastic thingy that comes with the can.

Does the RTV door have any rollers or similar that keeps the window positioned for raising or lowering? Just wondering if you'll get streaks of FF on the glass.

I applied the FF up through the drain holes in the bottom of the door. i rolled the windows up before i applied the FF so as not to get it on the glass. the purpose is to provide protection where the two pieces of sheet metal are welded together at the base of the door. i am not sure if this is a corrosion prone place or not so i figured an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I also applied the FF into the cab frame around the door for the same reason.

I'm sure that it can't hurt by spraying FF in there. Good idea I think.
