Hi Everyone

I just wanted to let everyone know that I changed my fuel cap in last week and got one with the white lettters on it. It seems to have solved the problem with it turning hard and leaking.

Snowing hard here in wisconsin.

Good that took care of the problem. So far I've only had mine off one time. It was tight but doesn't seem to be leaking.

Also glad to hear it's snowing there and not here[;)].....You really need it out there [:D]

We had a whole lot of ice Friday and I'm still working on getting rid of it. Supposed to be mid 50's tomorrow but it also supposed to rain so that probably will do little to help out. [:'(]

ICE ?

Heck, today at 1:49 pm, right now it's 77 degrees >>>> Sun Shining and getting hotter >>>>>

This crazy weather is why so many people down here are getting sick, freezing one day, burning up the next ~~~~ cannot plan how to dress >>>> either way, the RTV is waiting, what ever the weather should be ~~~~~~~

White letter cap seems to fix most. I also found that the tire black sprays get rid of the fuel streek lines on the plastic.

thanks for helpful hint on removing the fuel stains. Now I need to find the right windshield. I wish I could find the "Kubota" windshields on line, my dealer wants $650 for the glass plus install. Although shipping would more than likely be extremely high. Gonna get the money one way or another I guess.

you said plus install... I would not pay anyone to install this windhsheild.. If you know which end of a wrench to hold... you can put one of these on. My windsheild went on easier than my mudflaps.

You are right Hamhead,

Mine was the cost of 550.00 and he installed it !!!! That has been a year ago, I know the price has went up a lttle. But, there are dealers out there now selling them for $600.00 / and some of them install them. I watched the dealer install mine, and seen several other friends install their own, is not nothing to it .... Also, the kit, will come with extra " U " bolts & extra bushings. They are very hand for other installations >>>

I would install mine myself I was just quoting what the dealer told me. That's why I would like to find one online so they could ship it to me and I could install it.

I thought you might have been "saying it that way" but wanted to say something just in case. As you say I think shipping would end up leaving you in the same place.

ONly thing I can say is that glass windshield & frame is very heavy !!!! SHIPPING WOULD EAT YOU UP !!! Size & Weight >>>>>>.

Did you ask any dealer the price WITHOUT installation ?
