I need the specifications for the RTV900 V4219 HD springs. I.E., diameter of the spring wire, number of coils, outside diameter of the spring, overall length of the spring. My dealer quoted $196. I think they can be obtained otherwise more reasonably priced.

That sounds like a parts counter price (and it is expensive). Order them through sales and you should get a much better price.

It pays to shop at Messicks

As I originally posted, I was quoted $196 for the V4219 HD spring set. This was from the dealer where I bought my RTV only 50 miles from my home. Neil quoted the springs for $80. shipped from PA to TX. I saved enough to cover the cost of the set of manuals I also purchased from Messicks. Captain
