Ok I got some more mystery items I don't know where they go.
I found apparently what is the "Governor Spring" per drawing 020400 at the Messicks site; it was attached to one end but not the other. I have the RTV900R6 Worksite model 2006 BTW.
The forward end of that spring attaches to item #030 Governor Lever, drawing 020500. Rear end of the spring is attached to item #060 Lever Fork on the Governor. The problem is: I can't find the Lever Fork to attach the rear end of the spring.
Pic of the spring with the forward end of the spring on the governor lever. When I found it, it was attached to the governor lever (item #30) with the other end doing nothing just loosely tied to one of the two stop bolts (item 122). I don't see the lever fork to attach the other end of the spring. Do I have to remover the Stop Solenoid to see/find it under there?
Please help.
Thanks,

None of this is correct: The Governor and Governor Spring are buried inside the engine under the Stop Plate and Injection Pump.
The unidentified spring is the "Return Spring", item # 130 on the Cylinder Head 000300 parts diagram from the Messicks site. It's supposed to be attached to the "Spring Stay, item #30, same diagram. This spring stay is supposed to be mounted behind the Engine Hook on the front of the block. This spring stay is missing on my RTV engine. Note that the diagram does NOT show where the other end of the spring is supposed to be attached to.

So I made my own spring stay and attached it to the Stop Solenoid mount, see pics below. I'm hoping that this will help in getting my RTV to run and drive correctly.
