How are the window clamps adjusted?

My front windshield clamp is loose causing the window to shut by itself when moving. Can anyone advise me on how to adjust the clamp tighter?

[/quote]Mine did the same thing.Tighten the side screws underneath the black flanges.coobie
 
Are you talking about the brass circle that a wrench can turn? And if you are, mine are real tight, would I go left or right?

[/quote]I am talking about the screws(phillips head on side small wrech other side)underneath the black flange that opens the windshield.I wish I had a camera[:'(] to show you pics.coobie
