How Much Throttle Cable Play Is Normal?

Please see the attached short video clip of my throttle cable play. Does this seem normal for a RTV-X1120?

I still get 30mph on level blacktop but seems like an adjustment might be in order.

could be normal. what counts is does the throttle go up against the stop with the peddle on the floor?
