Looks like a lot of MF sheet metal to me. Maybe the whole thing is Massey.

I've seen them on e-bay before. I do believe they were legitimately licensed from Massey. Looks like they've been around since the 60's.

went to look at one last night , a 533 model, 35 hp , they were made fron 1961 to 1988, not sure what year this was but it only had 300 hours , the guy wants 5,500 for it , not sure it that is to much or not but it looks and runs great ,
