Kubota 900 Card

I got one of those too Vintovka- went right into the trash. It would have been nice to have included a little key chain, or some sort of happy-. Oh well....I felt about the same way when they "lost" my first payment on the 2011 in their system and sent me a stern letter and phone call- They finally went to work and found it after 2 additional calls from me- what a mess.... bordercollie

..... add me on the list of the " pop up card " .....

Didn't read it & don't know why they sent it.
I would of had more respect if they would of said something like Merry Christmas.,
How are you doing ? , Happy you still got your Kubota ..... something ....

Now if they want to send it to somebody that would apprciate it. Send it to Peanut, he would set it front of his
Corn Flakes box in the mornings, pop out the picture of the RTV , while eating up his breakfast !!!!!

..... jamie

Post Script:
Like bordercollie, it would of been nice if they would of sent a cap, key chain, or just a dern sticker ......

Hehe Two Guns, You are right about that and the cereal box... If I still had mine, I'd.....

I forgot to mention , that when they lost my payment, they had still cashed it with the right acct # on it and supposedly put in their general acct because the "dealer had lost the paperwork" or else the mail folks had... who knows, but I was left to hold the bag. Always watch your back and reputation out there..... bordercollie

.... and the bad thing about it, a person has to " prove " that he is right. It is NEVER the
their fault.

All the proof you need is your canceled check ... or a photocopy of it ... showing that it was negotiated by the payee ... all that is printed on the back of the check. Once your payment is in their hands, it's the payees' duty to account for it correctly. I wish all proofs were that easy.

Don't I wish it was always that easy. When I started my AARP supplement insurance they kept telling me I was a month behind on payments. I had the cancelled check and sent them photocopies of it with their processing center stamp on the back. I went to my bank and they faxed them copies of the routing transaction etc. After 4 months I filed a complaint with the state insurance dept. and 2 months later it finally went away. I have never gotten anything from Kubota or the dealer where I bought mine in 5 years of owning it.

I think you experienced normal experience with the insurance company. They deliberately jerk people around like that, hoping they'll shut up and go away. The biggest unregulated business in America is the insurance business ... or scam, depending on how you look at it. Those bastards need to be regulated with an iron fist.

O.K. This is what happened to me : No payment book received and the date I have as being my first payment is near. Call dealer, says paperwork must be lost..so he faxes me one of the papers from Kubota that says" mail this with acct number on check if you haven't gotten your payment book". I mail it that day. Then a month later I get a "dun" call from them,I tell them the situation and give the cancelled ck # that I had proving I had made that payment , the lady says it must have been put in general acct because there is no acct # for me. Says they will find it and take care of it....Later, I get the payment book, I make another payment for the next month. Call them just to check on things and they have marked me late on the second month because they put that payment on the 1st month which meant they never cleared up the payment they lost...... I finally am transferred to somebody that knows how to do their job and they find my "lost" payment in their general acct by using the check # while I hold on the line. Just saying check your back because as vintovka said they just don't care. bordercollie

All this positive talk really makes me anxious to receive my Kubota card. Kinda like waiting for Christmas.

Still waiting for email replies from Kubota and Merricks. I'm trying to be patient.

With all this said, I do really really like my RTV 900 XT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will say that I'm working on myself to not pull so much with the XT. It just pulls all loads I've attached to it. Beginning to be concerned that I might pull it into multiple pieces.

My card arrived today.

Just what I needed for my desk, a pop-up pic in case I forget what my RTV looks like! :bonk:

Jim

They give you 900 owners fancy cards  All I got with my 500 was a fancy powdercoat job on the inside of the bed that all lifted and fell off....still waiting for my response from Kubota....it's only been a few months they must still be busy.:bonk:
