Anyone have a wiring diagram for the MAX 24 TLB or HST? I haven't found one yet for this model and it it not in my manuals. My ETR fuse blows every now and then and I put a slightly larger fuse in it to see if it stops. This tractor only has 89 hours on it and they are easy hours. Probably a 2018 model year.

After doing a lot of searching it appears they only want certified Mahindra techs to have the wiring diagrams for most of their tractors. This should be against the law. If I buy a tractor I should have access to the wiring for that vehicle even if there is a small fee for it. It is enought to make me by a Kubota next time since I can get wiring diagrams for them.

I agree 100% that they're screwing us. I'll never buy a John Deere again because of the same thing you're going through. Apparently, other mfgr's think the JD model works. Yea, not for me and I'll never buy from those that can't let me work on my tractor ever again.

I found a pretty good wiring diagram from someone working on a Max26 (seems like he obtained a copy from a tech or official location) and from what I read the smaller MAX engines are actually the same from 24-28 HP. Simply designed to run with different max speeds and maybe different size pumps...but mechanically and electronically they use most of the same engine and electrical components. I though my Max24 acted like it could run a lot higher rpm but they limited it. Now I know why. My max rpm is 2500....the 28hp tractors are 3000. They may have larger a larger fuel pump and injectors?
The wiring diagram I have is pretty good..a few places I can't read the names,,, BUT the bottom of his page had a link on it to Mahindra.
I tried the link and can get to the site page but it requires a dealer or possibly a service technician with a uername and password. So MAHINDRA USA HAS THE DIAGRAMS ON THEIR SERVER BUT WON'T LET THE PUBLIC ACCESS IT. Last Mahindra I buy.
I also read that almost every set of service manuals out their for the Mahindra has wiring diagrams in them that are not useable due to poor resolution...on purpose I assume! Quit a few places also state that their wiring diagrams in the Mahindra service manuals they sell are not useable!

Emailed some Ebay sellers and asked about the clarity of their wiring diagrams. One seller sent me a picture of a page and it showed a clear wiring diagram in their service manuals for sale. Figure I'll buy it since it has the diagrams and the HST service manual. I have all the other Max24TLB implement manuals. Seller was selling mechanic_star manuals. Maybe I'll try and post the diagram online once I get it so someone else doesn't have to waste a lot of time trying to get the schematic for a wiring issue.
