Massey 7618 front end loader won't lift

Front end loader on our massey 7618 won't lift most days. sometime when it does work if we leave the tractor running and come back to it later the bucket has gone up as high as it can by itself.

I think we found the problem-under the right side arm rest there is a small circuit board. It seems that one of the relays in that board is sticking which disables the loader or locks it into the raising position. Massey has a replacement board for $980.00 Canadian.
